During this 30-minute conversation, a member of the Impact Events team will get to know you, your goals, and your vision. Whether you're planning a corporate conference, product launch, gala, wedding, or private celebration, this call helps us understand exactly what you need — and helps you understand exactly how we can deliver it. What to expect on the call: We'll start by learning about your event: the occasion, your ideal date and location, expected guest count, and the experience you want to create. From there, we'll walk you through our services, from full-service planning and design to day-of coordination, vendor management, and production support. We'll also discuss budget ranges honestly and transparently, so you leave the call with a realistic picture of what's possible. You'll have plenty of time to ask questions about our process, our past events, timelines, or anything else on your mind. There's no pressure and no obligation. Our goal is simply to determine whether we're the right fit for each other. How to prepare: Come with whatever you have, even if it's just an idea. If you have inspiration photos, a rough budget, or a target date, great — but none of it is required. We'll meet you wherever you are in the planning process.
